How long does it all take?
Your report is emailed within 24 hours. Emailed to you within minutes of your report being ready. The fixes take about 60 minutes in total, and you can spread them over a few days.
Which AI tools do you check?
Four: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI (the AI answers at the top of Google search) and Claude. We ask each of them the kind of questions your customers ask, and show you their answers word for word.
Is it really free?
Yes. The report and the Action Pack are free, and we never ask for a card to send them. Two extras are optional and priced up front on our pricing page.
Do I need a developer?
No. If you can edit a page on your website, you can do this. The words are written for you; you copy and paste them. Our guides cover WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace and other sites, one step at a time.
What does AEO Insider cost, and when am I charged?
We re-check what AI says about you every 2 weeks and email you what moved. S$12.90 per report, every 2 weeks. First 3 reports S$6.45. Each charge buys one report, and you get one report every 2 weeks. Your first charge is when you start it, from your report page. Insider is optional: the free kit works without it.
How do I cancel Insider?
Click the unsubscribe link in any Insider email. That stops the reports and the billing. There is nothing to call.
What if I get stuck?
Book a consult. 20-minute call, S$120. Your first one is S$60. Tell us which step you are on and when suits you, pay online, and we email you to confirm a time.
The code test shows an error. What now?
Two things fix most errors: copy the code block from the plain-text file in your email rather than the PDF, and make sure every [fill in] is replaced with your real detail. Then run the test again. Warnings about optional fields are fine.
Will AI definitely recommend my business afterwards?
We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. AI tools pick up changes on their own schedule. If you want to see what actually moved, that is AEO Insider: we re-check what AI says about you every 2 weeks and email you what moved. It is optional.
Can I get one free re-check?
Yes, once per report. Two weeks after your Action Pack we email you a link. Tell us in a line how it went, good or bad, and we run the same check again and email you the before and after. What you say does not change that. We only show your words on our site if you tick the box and we have read them, and we say you received a re-check for your feedback.
Do you change anything on my website?
No. We only read your public web pages to write your report and your pack. Every change on your site is made by you.
What do you do with my details?
We use your email address and website to run your check and send your report and Action Pack. We handle your data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, as set out in our privacy policy.
