Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you, and we will inform you of the consequences upon receiving your request.
Marketing consent: We will not send you marketing communications unless you have provided clear and specific consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.

- Contractual obligations (Data Processing Agreements) requiring equivalent data protection
- Ensuring the recipient jurisdiction has comparable data protection legislation
- Obtaining your explicit consent where required
For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA): transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.

Upon expiry of the retention period and where no legal obligation requires continued retention, we will delete or anonymise your personal data.

11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals or is of a significant scale, we will:
- Notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within 3 calendar days of assessing the breach as notifiable
- Notify affected individuals as soon as practicable, providing details of the breach, data affected, and steps you can take to protect yourself
- Take immediate steps to contain the breach and prevent further unauthorised access
12. Do-Not-Call Registry
We comply with Singapore’s Do-Not-Call (DNC) provisions. We will not send unsolicited telemarketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers registered on the DNC Registry unless we have obtained your clear and unambiguous consent. All marketing SMS messages include opt-out instructions.
13. Client Campaign Data
When we manage advertising or marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients, we act as a data intermediary under the PDPA. Our clients remain the data controllers. Campaign data is processed strictly in accordance with our service agreements and is not used for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services.

Our websites may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
15. Changes to This Policy

17. Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your personal data, email dpo@loop.com.sg with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include your full name and the email address associated with your data. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion, except where retention is required by law.
18. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
